Refund & Exchange Policy
At Provogue Store, we only offer exchanges for products with a manufacturing defect or fault from our end. Any exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and the item must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Exchange requests will not be accepted for items ordered in the wrong size, sale items, products showing signs of use, or due to slight color and texture variations caused by screen settings and photography.
If you receive a defective item, please email clear images of the issue within 24 hours of delivery to provogue.store0@gmail.com. Approved exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days.
