Refund Policy

At Provogue, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Products that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
